One of the best ways is to use a tumbling system, which gives a smooth finish to 3D printed parts. Tumbling uses the same equipment as that used with machined parts. The tumblers use stones or some type of medium to deburr parts. Usually, the process starts with an aggressive medium and works up to a polishing medium.
